“Ricky Jonson was really polite & courteous throughout the call as he assisted me purchase an airline ticket at a very affordable price. He went on to send me emails to complete the transaction without any delays or hassle. My first experience using Crystal Travel has been excellent & I plan to use them again. “I was assisted by a consultant called Megan and found her to be professional, thoughtful, accommodating of my needs and thorough in delivering a service that met my needs. I did not feel pressured to leave a deposit and she took the time to explain and search for services that would best meet my needs. I felt valued as a customer especially as I was busy at work and kept changing my mind and calling her to ask questions. Megan’s service is an asset to Crystal Travel and I will be booking future flights and holidays with them!! Thank you Megan and Crystal Travel for the 5 star service!!”

“Was booking this ticket online when my computer crashed and my emails went down but a friendly person called Kathy called me straight back and helped me re-book my ticket over the phone simple and easily she was very helpful and had lots of patience great service very easy quick payment and quickly confirmed and emailed me my tickets on a second account no problem. thanks”
