“Hello, I was served by Kathy. I had trouble with my bank declining the payments of large sum but she was really helpful and patient. Eventually she helped me make a payment through a secured SagePay link. I will centainly recommend Crystal Travel. 10 out of 10 for the customer support. 5 Star Service *****!”

“Well I was about to book a flight with Crystal travel online and wasn’t sure about an option, suddenly received a call from Philip at Crystal Travel . He was so helpful and helped me to book and stayed on line all time to help me with any enquiry. Very nice customer service, lovely and helpful staff. So happy with my booking by this agency. Will book further flights with them in future definitely.”

“I could buy my ticket easily and no stress at all. I’m very happy because I’m going to see my family in Brazil, and I can pay monthly which is helps me a lot. By the way, Kathy was the person who helped me doing all the process. She was very polite and professional. I really appreciate her job. Many thanks for everything.”

“Good prices for the flights I needed to book. Upon my purchase, I was told that the payment was declined as the tickets were no longer available. It was disappointing at first, however, within a minute I have received a phone call from a representative named Lisa and she was super helpful. In the end, I was provided with the same flights for the same price.”

“A bit of one of the several emails I have had to send your company "Once again you are not understanding the issue. I NEVER had two bags. My bag was taken from T3 security by a different passenger and I asked if you could try and find MY bag with MY clothes in Manchester whilst I attempted to find MY bag with MY clothes in Barcelona. And as I said before I expect to be sat with my traveling companion when booking through an agent. Your customer service is the most dire I have ever experienced and I wouldn't send Mickey Mouse on a holiday with you. I have had less contact with Althams and been on 10+ holidays with them. If it hadn't been such a catalogue of disasters from day one it would be quite hilarious - I only wish I could contact Peter Kay so he could do a stand up of it." Your review on TripAdvisor seem to back up my point entirely.”
