“There was a problem With the original choice of flight, it was showing available online, however when I click confirm booking it decline and notified that a customer advisor will call. Christopher Smith had efficiently sorted out my booking and had given us 40kilos check in allowance on the luggage.”

“I was assisted by Christy today. She was very helpful, patient and polite. Her persistency was professional and she was able to get me a good flight at a good deal. She also assured me to have peace of mind, since my flight is still in 5 months. I think I will be calling again in future if all goes well with my flight in 5 months time.”

“first time booking with crystal travel, i was unsure at first on how to go about this. Christy who was dealing with my flight booking was very helpful, supportive and was efficient and friendly. I'm happy with my results and with Christy providing me with all the help to get my flights overall i can't wait to now check in and enjoy my time with virgin and enjoy my journey to New York.”
