“I contacted the company several times by phone and eventually settled for a particular flight. The advice and information were good and delivered very politely and efficiently. An email was then sent to for me to check the details. Unfortunately my surname and first name were reversed despite having been given by me correctly. This required the representative to repeat the booking but in that 10 minutes or so the price had increased by £120. She apologised profusely but to get the same price as first offered I had to travel the next day. An honest mistake but really annoying. All e-tickets and other documents delivered in a timely fashion by email”

“I started an online purchase and Ricky called me with a better return flight that meant I wasn't changing airports and having such a long stop over which was worth its weight in gold. The flights were the cheapest and quickest anywhere. An excellent, quick service. Would highly recommend.”
