“After a slight issue with seats I called Crystal direct and spoke to Lisa - she sorted everything out for me and was very helpful and friendly. I’m now all booked and looking forward to a wonderful holiday visiting my family in the U S - thank you Lisa for all your help and patience!!”

“The service was good and the service agent tried hard to be helpful which is good. Would be great however if the 3d payment feature had worked directly on the website so I didn't have to call.”

“Lisa the online agent who processed the booking was excellent Joseph a phone agent who I checked the class with actively lied to me about the price so would say to people book with Lisa and avoid Joseph”
