“For some reason, the day I decided to book to travel to Las Vegas, the airline prices were changing every few minutes, so no surprise when I selected a flight via Crystal Travel. Unfortunately, the airlines had done it again, so the flight was unavailable. I spoke to Lisa on the phone, who got on the case and managed to secure me the same flight (albeit a bit more expensive). She was very helpful, quickly confirmed my requirements, rang me back once she'd reserved the flights and to save me going through the rigmarole of re-booking and paying, she simply asked me to authorise use of the same card details and hey presto!! We're off to Vegas. Very happy with the deal and the customer service.”

“I had a little problem with my flight when I pressed PAY. It was quite quickly resolved over the phone even though I sadly lost my temper briefly. Lisa managed to resolve it quickly & reassure me. The info was clear & to my liking so I’m really pleased I had Lisa in the phone.”

“I am very impressed dealing with your organisation for the very first time, Lisa called me as I was unable to complete the transaction due to baggage allowances allowed on BA, to my utmost surprise, she got me the best best deal and my e-ticket mailed direct to my inbox within couple of hours. I’ll definitely do business with you guys again. Thanks Lisa and Kevin.”
