“Christopher Smith had been very helpful through out the booking process. I couldn't get the booking right the first time when I tried online, immediately got a call from Chris who assisted me with the booking. Wasn't expecting a call with help, so this was very good. Chris ensured all the details he is filling on my behalf is accurate, verified preferences (I would have missed on my own ). Excellent work Chris. Thank you. and thank you Crystal Travel team.
