“Kathy Hart was very helpful with my request on the phone and price match online price for me and explained all the details clearly. I was very pleased and happy with the service that Kathy provided to me. I was also very happy with quick, accurate and secure way of dealing with the booking. “Christy was very on the ball and good at replying to all my queries. Also very sweet. Keep her. I gave Crystal travel a good, Christy gets a brilliant! It would be nice for prices to be updated more often on the website if the prices quoted were no longer available.”

“Kathy was very helpful during the transaction And she explained to me what happened with the transactions as my money didn’t get thru to the system. Kathy help me to do manual money transfer which I really do appreciate. I will definitely coming back book again fights and will recommend Kathy to some of my friends..”

“Christy from crystal travel was a major help, she saved my night as I was struggling with re booking a flight after a disastrous day where my flight got cancelled. She went through all the available flights with me that were suitable for me and my situation. She was very patient and gave me her number so if I had any queries she could help me, and again she went through checking in online with me step by step and really put me at ease. Best customer service I have ever received, dont know what I would of done with out her. Thank you Christy!!!”

“Good price ... a little we added on. But only £80 .. full family of five flights to America! Lost £1000 on prices I had previously been quoted. Sales assistant was really helpful even by phoning airline to sort out the return flights as was a 17h stop over which could be changed to a 3hr. So far not a bad experience”

“Well for the first they tried to scam me and asked for more money. Then they changed the departure airport and again tryed to get more money from be with the reason that the flight that I was supposed to get for my holiday was on the evening and for some extra cash they will find something in the morning. Whan I checked the flights on that airport is was only one and it was in the morning. I have called them and they said that is not that airport and they changed the airport. That guy Bob is a scammer and ruins the company name”
