“Booked my appointment very easily via the website. Parking was effortless, right outside, straight into the reception room, and with no waiting. Treatment was quick, pain free, and fascinating to see the video footage inside both my ears. Can definitely recommend.”

“I honestly wish I’d have known about them sooner having lost hearing in my left ear for almost a month - Peter was calm and completely reassuring which is a must when dealing with something as vital as hearing. I couldn’t recommend crystal hearing more highly !”

“I was told about crystal hearing from my doctors .I gave them a call and was offeredan appointment the very next day .Easy to find .I think it was Peter introduced himself and all through the procedure explained and showed me what was happening .I will definately use them again and not wait next time .Thank you .”

“I can't even begin to express my gratitude for Peter at crystal hearing! I had an appointment today with my elderly client who was a little nervous and EXTREMELY deaf! Peter was so patient,calm, kind and professional, 20 mins later and a large amount of hard ear wax and my client can hear again! In fact the first thing he said was "I don't recognise my voice" such a positive experience and a very big thank you from the both of us! I can't recommend you highly enough. 5☆”

“Advice given and speed of order fullfilment excellent. The device supplied installed first time in less time than it took to unwrap and read instructions. I now have a very happy lady and don't have to listen to a very loud TV !”

“I have had to have wax removed from my external ear canals repeatedly throughout my life since I was a teenager in the 60s. Mr Goldsworthy was amongst the best at performing it, even though it has never been an easy job. Very impressed. Nice to be shown the video proof of the clear canals after the aspiration. Will continue returning as necessary.”
