“Needed ears cleaned after having a perforated ear drum.Peter was very professional and careful. I was a bit apprehensive but he explained what he was doing before and as he was working on my ear.Very reassuring, and great when I could hear clearly. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“A combination of a referral from my local GP, the Crystal website, and Reviews led to choosing the treatments provided by Peter. The service I received more than lived up to expectation. Following an enlightening video inspection, treatment was not deemed necessary. However, the following consultation, including very practical and reassuring advice on tinnitus, was invaluable. It became clear throughout the appointment Peter is an experienced and highly qualified practitioner. Even more importantly he is passionate about his vocation and dedicated to providing the very best outcomes for patients.”

“Received great treatment and relief. My ears were blocked with buildup of wax and very uncomfortable. But managed to get appointment on line with Crystal Hearing at a convenient time to fit in with work. Totally cleared of discomfort left feeling happy with service having everything explained to me about the treatment thank you so much!”

“First time visit for ear syringing based on a recommendation. Easy and quick online booking and reasonable prices . Great service. Was able to view the blocked ear on screen which was amazing (no wonder I couldn’t hear properly!!) whole process took about 5 minutes. Parking not a problem either. Will certainly recommend. Thank you.”

“I woke up with a fully blocked ear and was desperate to get it sorted as I had an important event in the evening. Fortunately I managed to find Peter and crystal hearing. Within 90 mins of calling both my ears were cleared with the utmost professionalism. Peter showed me exactly what was happening with a camera in my ear. Totally painless and it's left me with tremendous clarity. I would recommend crystal hearing very highly indeed. Many thanks”
