“I fully recommend this practice. The team are very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Above all, they are very good at what they do. I have used them à few occasions for ear wax removal treatment. I have even travelled from Lyon to specifically use them - they are that good!”

“An excellent and professional service from Peter at the Marlow Bottom clinic. He was very reassuring and used the video to show the cause of the problem in my ear. He then explained what the procedure would entail. I was extremely satisfied with the immediate effect of being able to hear again. I can highly recommend.”

“I had a most successful meeting today with Sally. She was excellent in the way she dealt with the removal of wax from both my ears. I will certainly recommend her to any of my friends who might need their ears treated. I, myself, will go to her again if I have any problem with wax and will have them checked anyway with her in a year's time.”

“Sally was wonderfully helpful, not only fitting me into her already busy schedule at the last minute (as I was so desperate!)…but also greet me warmly and being very caring and gentle. “I have attended Crystal Hearing several times since being recommended and have found it easy to book, appointments run to time & are competitively priced. I particularly like the fact that the treatment is clearly explained and you know exactly what to expect.
