“Have just updated my hearing aids, first purchased from Crystal Hearing 7 Years ago . Very competitive pricing on both occasions; less than half the cost of large Company quotes. Any minor problems promptly corrected by manufacturers during 5 year warranty. Was this time given a choice of Aids to trial for suitability. Regular blog keeps you up to date with latest technological advances. Highly recommended”

“Excellent communication with detailed responses to questions. It didn't take long to be tested, make an informed choice about the aids available and have them fitted. The hearing aids supplied are making a huge difference to my life. I should have purchased them years ago.”

“Having suffered deafness in one ear for a fortnight and having had no luck with top brand wax removal oil, I gave Crystal Hearing a call and got an appointment for the following morning. Never having had syringing or microsuction before, John demonstrated each step before starting. The microsuction is painless and cleared the obstruction after just a few minutes. “Crystal Hearing run by John Lloyd are an excellent hearing aid company and I would thoroughly recommend John as an excellent Audiologist and a very professional individual. Over the years I have purchased two Phonak CIC aids from Crystal and have been extremely pleased with their performance. I have always been given excellent advice and personal service from John, his after sales service is superb. Over the years I have used many Hearing aid companies but have found none as good as Crystal Hearing, they are the best.”
