“Having suffered deafness in one ear for a fortnight and having had no luck with top brand wax removal oil, I gave Crystal Hearing a call and got an appointment for the following morning. Never having had syringing or microsuction before, John demonstrated each step before starting. The microsuction is painless and cleared the obstruction after just a few minutes. What a relief, wish I had called sooner! Highly recommended. Colin, Foxes Piece, Marlow, 3rd June 2016.”

“Crystal Hearing run by John Lloyd are an excellent hearing aid company and I would thoroughly recommend John as an excellent Audiologist and a very professional individual. Over the years I have purchased two Phonak CIC aids from Crystal and have been extremely pleased with their performance. I have always been given excellent advice and personal service from John, his after sales service is superb. Over the years I have used many Hearing aid companies but have found none as good as Crystal Hearing, they are the best.”

“Over the years I have used many different hearing companies to help myself and other members of my family. Crystal Hearing run by John Lloyd has given us a far superior service to any other company that I have used. He is very knowledgeable about his products and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend that you purchase your hearing aids from John - he is very reliable.”

“As far as I can see, Crystal hearings has the best prices for hearing aids. The service was excellent, before sales, after sales and just general advice once you have become a client. Response to any problems was very quick indeed. I highly recommend Crystal Hearing.”

“Fantastic service. Rang up Saturday and John managed to fit me in for a Sunday appointment. I've never had micro-suction before so was slightly worried, but the procedure was quick and painless and my hearing back to normal. Would use again.”

“Having not been able to hear for over a week and being unable to get to my GP due to working hours and a lack of appointments John was the ideal solution. He was flexible on time, saw me on a Sunday, and most importantly resolved my hearing loss with micro suction and syringing, which was painless. I would recommend Crystal Hearing.”

“I met John Lloyd in 2008, via his web site. I had come across several audiologists in my research to buy hearing aids but it just seemed as if I was just another potential client that they could "hard sell" to, for their own benefit. Crystal Hearing were very different.....I was the only important person and the sale, and after sale, was very much the main priority, but to my advantage. He was the most genuine audiologist I had met and there was never a question of "I can sell these to you to-day and leave them with you now". There is much more to buying aids than that. I have recommended him to friends without hesitation. The after sales has been brilliant, nothing has been too much trouble, and when I need to update my aids he will be the person I will trust to advise me. Many thanks Sandra Gyetvai (Uxbridge)”

“John Lloyd took a great deal of trouble in getting my hearing aid made to the style that I wanted,in fact resulting in 3 or 4 fittings and remaking the unit at least twice. I can only hope that any work that may become required under warranty receives the same diligence Arthur Gostling.”

“Crystal Hearing was recommended by a friend with in-ear aids I had not noticed until he told me. Mr Lloyd visited at the exact time arranged, aspirated the was and performed an audiogram which, as a doctor myself, I already knew, showed a severe high tone hearing loss both sides. I bought a single in-ear Siemens selective high-tone aid for what I took to be the worse side. As expected, it has taken time for me to get used to it but it undoubtedly clarifies certain speech and Mr Lloyd has been most attentive in following my progress. H. Barrie MD,FRCP,FRCPCH”

“Crystal Hearing is outstanding. I purchased a hearing aid in 2010 and had very good advice and the follow up treatment was excellent. I was so impressed that when my elderly mother needed to purchase new hearing aids due to NHS problems, I had no worries about the Audiologist visiting her at home and fitting her with two hearing aids and at 86 she is absolutely thrilled with them.
