“Happy with the service given by Sally at the Dorking branch. She was friendly, efficent and professional. I particularly liked the use of the camera to show the results after the completion of the ear wax removal.”

“Peter Goldsworthy was kind, caring and professional beyond words. Having a phobia since childhood of fluid or anything entering my ears, I didn’t expect to find someone who could help me work through my wax removal procedure and put me at ease. Peter went above and beyond to keep me calm and work at a pace that suited me. He was always on the end of the phone if I was worried or had any questions. As well as having a great deal of understanding and patience, his appointments were available quickly and ran on time so I really couldn’t fault the service. It was reassuring for me that he had micro suction as an option, but I was impressed to see he could also perform syringing if need be. I will return to Peter with any future problems and would certainly recommend him to all my friends and family.”
