“I can’t recommend Crystal Hearing highly enough. I have been seen by Peter twice. He treated both ears, one of which was totally blocked. The service was efficient, professional and friendly and results were amazing!”

“Efficient service at Dorking from receptionist and Sally the lady who carried out the ear clearing procedure. She kept me fully informed throughout and explained the TV pictures. She was a pleasure to be with.”

“The clinic was very clean and tidy. Sally explained clearly what she was going and it was interesting to see the insides of my ears. Although I had booked for both ears, Sally only charged me for the one ear, which needed wax removal. I had no discomfort either during the process or afterwards.”

“Peter was very friendly and professional putting me at ease. He carefully explained the procedure and showed me what he could see via the camera. He removed wax from both of my ears. Totally painless. I would not hesitate to recommend Crystal hearing. Thank you Peter”

“I had an appointment yesterday at Crystal Hearing and so wished I had gone weeks ago. Sally was lovely, efficient and did a great job. I would certainly recommend her as my hearing is so much better after she removed a lot of wax. She also kindly fitted in my husband too after my appointment. I shall go to her again next year to keep on top of the problem.”

“Excellent service from Peter, I wear a hearing aid and thought that I had a build up of wax due to that. Peter checked my ears and showed me what he could see via the camera he was using. I didn’t have wax buildup but Peter was able to advise on a possible issue with my eardrum. Very courteous service and a beautiful clean clinical room.”

“Well, here I am once more having had my ears cleaned out by Sally efficiently, painlessly and effectively. What is more astonishing is that she remembered me from my last and first visit about a year ago. This reflects the customer-centric approach that she takes to her clients and the professional attitude which underpins her service. She was highly recommended to me and I highly recommend her to anyone reading this.”

“After some weeks with a blocked ear I attended Crystal Hearing. This was the fist time I have had my ears cleared of wax. Sally was very attentive and informative the procedure carried out on both ears. A little noisy no pain or problems. Hearing back to normal and a happy wife! Consequently a 5 Star recommendation.”

“Peter was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. I thought I would need both read done but he advised me that I did not need my left ear done. “I fully recommend this practice. The team are very professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Above all, they are very good at what they do. I have used them à few occasions for ear wax removal treatment. I have even travelled from Lyon to specifically use them - they are that good!”
