“Sally is so obviously an expert in her field, she explained everything so well. The relief and joy I felt at being able to hear in my left ear again, after nearly a month was huge! It was quick and painless and made such a difference. It was fascinating seeing the inside of my ears and I left with clear instructions and a greater understanding of what I need to do to keep my ears healthy. I was recommended to Crystal Hearing by my best friend, and I add my strong recommendation to hers. Brilliant, thank you Sally.”

“I was worried that after a heavy cold my Eustachian tubes might have become permanently blocked as a result of old age. Peter showed me the degree of wax build up in both ears, explained how he was going to clear it, and then did so very professionally. The whole experience was very reassuring and even enjoyable. The result was clear ears and the elimination of the Eustachian tube problem. He is charming and entertaining in equal measure. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”

“Having tried to get an appointment with other well known high street providers I was delighted to find Sally from Crystal Hearing. She came to my home and immediately put me at ease with her persoable and calm demeanor. She arrived punctually and explained the procedure clearly. Sally is experienced and professional, removing wax swiftly and painlessly despite my difficult, narrow ear canals. I am so grateful for the personal service of a home visit especially as I do not drive, making this the perfect solution for me and at a very competitive price too. I have had ear wax removal by various providers over the years but this beats them all hands down. Thank you Sally. I have no hesitation in recommending you.”

“Just had my 3rd visit to Crystal Hearing in Dorking today , and as always Sally did a fantastic job of clearing my ear from wax without discomfort or pain. I have extremely narrow ear canals so it’s not the easiest task but Sally is very thorough and tenacious at making sure both ears are clear. I used to go to the local hospital ENT roughly every 3 months but because Sally is so good it lasts 5 months now! I find the appointment system convenient as I can book at short notice if she has availability rather than waiting weeks to get a rescheduled appointment at the hospital which works great with my job etc.”

“Peter is a life saver! Nearly 7 days without hearing in both ears has been driving me crazy. Within 20 minutes he had completely restored hearing in both. A well known high street store i had visited prior to coming to Peter were unsuccessful (via suction) and just told me to put oil in for another week and come back in 7 days for another go?! Shows the true value of experience. Peter can’t thank you enough, will highly recommend you to anyone who has difficulty in the future. AC”
