“Peter is a life saver! Nearly 7 days without hearing in both ears has been driving me crazy. Within 20 minutes he had completely restored hearing in both. A well known high street store i had visited prior to coming to Peter were unsuccessful (via suction) and just told me to put oil in for another week and come back in 7 days for another go?! Shows the true value of experience. Peter can’t thank you enough, will highly recommend you to anyone who has difficulty in the future. AC”

“My wife and I both had wax blocked ears. Whilst softening up the wax prior to removal I looked around for somewhere to go to get the job done. Availability, location and price (in that order) were the criteria. Crystal had the availability, location and, as it happened, a very competitive price package. We arrived in Marlow Bottom slightly early, on street parking is really easy. Google Maps is really accurate. Peter greeted us and was really friendly and explained the process throughout. Both done in no time. The two for one package was a real bonus. The pre-appointment process, on line, was really easy and pretty foolproof. We hope that we do not need to come again anytime soon, but should the need arise we will be back.”
