“Sally was really lovely and preserved although the build up of wax was so dense she couldn’t do the normal suction method and consequently it took much longer but now I feel so much better . Thanks so much .”

“Saw Sally Stacey today. I have been turning up the volume on the TV and noticing a loss of higher pitch sounds and especially words with an ‘s’. Sally was very professional and explained everything before getting started. She took her time and gave great care with wax removal. Now I have turned the TV volume down by a considerable amount! This is a good service and thoroughly recommended. Thank you Sally.”

“Crystal Hearing, Is a first class establishment of which after two visits (18 months apart) I received excellent treatment from Peter and Sally. They are very reassuring and pleasant people to be with, also, they are very professional. The next time my ears get blocked I’ll be heading back to Crystal Hearing. I’m only to happy to recommend this business.”
