“I used Crunch for a period of contracting in 2014/2015. I had little experience within a Contracting environment and even less within a tax/accountancy environment. As a beginner, the online tools available with Crunch were superb with prompt support available whenever I had (frequent) queries as to what was expected of me, my company, Crunch and the government, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of similar support or services.”

“I feel it’s very important to express my continued delight in working with Crunch Accounting. People appear happy to voice their unhappiness, but refrain from mentioning when they are grateful and have something positive to say about a member of staff or service. Therefore, I would like to pass on my huge thanks to my Account Manager Katie and the team at Crucnh for helping me through the minefield of my business accounts. Katie is always cheerful, friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable. She returns emails and calls in a very timely manner and always explains accounting issues is a very clear and concise way. I would be lost without her.”

“I moved to Crunch from another 'online' accountants and couldn't be happier. Crunch makes things extremely simple and are always on board to handle any queries, account managers are prompt and accountants always offer expert advice. Keeping a handle on everything from expenses to invoices to VAT returns is all simple from the crunch system. Most importantly you always get a snapshot of your companies performance, tax payments etc.. so that you always know where you are. For the price you pay per month, the amount of money and stress you'll save make Crunch a pretty obvious choice.”

“Very helpful staff. Makes a very complicated and horrid process much simpler. Their import tools (for bank statements etc) are brilliant but check as it's easier with some banks and credit cards than others.”

“I've been praising Crunch since the moment I was introduced to them. There IS NO advantage to using a traditional accountant. You will get up to the second advise, feedback and all the numbers you need at your fingertips (or on your mobile). I really can't sing Crunch's praises high enough. Actually - I better be careful else they will put their prices up!!! Please don't hesitate to use you them.”

“The service I have received from Crunch has been excellent. My dedicated Account Manager, Karen, has always been readily available and has answered all my questions (and there have been many!) clearly and has also gone the extra mile to highlight things I should be aware of. The team of Accountants have also been at hand when required and have again provided exactly what I needed when I needed it. The online application is easy to use and provides me with the information and probably more importantly the prompts about deadlines I need to be aware of. Crunch provides me with everything I need and more, certainly gets the thumbs up from me!”

“My account manager (Katherine) is brilliant at responding to my questions getting an accountant involved when needed. The web app is intuitive and easy to use even without attending one of the web training sessions (which was very useful). I have recommended to colleagues.”

“As a relatively "innocent" new business owner the Crunch team have been brilliant at answering even my most basic of questions (totally jargon free I might add!) and helping me when I get a letter from HMRC that makes no sense at all. The cloud software itself is REALLY easy to use, great to look at and does everything I need it to do. I have raved about Crunch to all my friends and can highly recommend it.”

“They didn't know there were system faults in system until I informed them. And charged fee what didn't happen for several months. Even they input that refund without my agreement as a asset. You are going to be talking with account manager not accountant. Terrible company”

Hi Domingo, I'm very sorry to hear that there has been an issue on the account. I can see that this was resolved very quickly once we became aware of the problem and that there was no lasting, negative effect. Our service offers Account Managers as our first point of contact but you're able to speak to an Accountant whenever you need. “I have limited time to deal with issues and that extends to trying to grasp the world of accounting. I rarely write reviews bu I dealt with Nick Wilkins and I have to say that the service he provides is exceptional and makes such a difference that I am now sitting and writing a review for the good service based on my dealings with him. “I’ve held my travel franchise since September 2010, building my business from scratch into what is now a very profitable small business. I started out as a sole trader and used an accountant that was cheap and suitable as my income initially was low and didn’t think I’d need much support other than returning my yearend tax return. However as my business grew it transpired that I needed to change my structure and I needed a provider that could offer me sound advice on how to structure my business along with proper visibility of my liabilities and assets. Crunch is now able to offer me this very effectively – but I started with them later than I should have done. People had suggested I change sooner – but I thought my previous accountant would be giving me the best advice. Sadly it now transpires this wasn’t the case and it has probably cost me nearly £10k in the last 3 years. Moving over to Crunch has been relatively straight forward and now I understand how the system works I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and removing the headache and question marks I had regarding where my business was from a tax perspective. Worth every penny and one stressful overhead removed from my life.”

“i have been using Crunch for the last year and a half, and in that time its transformed the way i both view and do my accounts for the better, with my previous accountant everything was as if it was all magic and nothing was in your control, but using the online Crunch tool is so simple and has actually taken all of the pain out of keeping on top of my accounts, and the fact i can call them anytime or get an email response within minutes of ever asking a question is great, the service i get always exceeds my expectations, my only regret is not using them sooner.”
