I've had many orders from you and the last one was ok. The one before that,however, was not good as the package was damaged and so was some of the contents. I wrote to you immediately but had absolutely no response. As a pretty regular customer I expected better. An apology perhaps. Look after your customers and they will look after you.

Coffee is very watery, tastes OK but really need two pods to make a decent cup.

This order was VERY slow to dispatch and I got no response at all through their "contact us" option. Products themselves are superb, but I know that from previous orders.

I love the coffee but unfortunately customer service has been very poor. I have emailed and sent queries on messenger quite a few times and quite a few weeks ago and I’ve not had a single response which is very disappointing as I want to love this company, but continuous non response isn’t impressing me at all.

I like to try different coffees from time to time but to be honest I found your coffees very bitter so won't be buying them again.

Order was delayed as waiting for espresso was offered an alternative but happy to wait. Email offered a free tote which wasn't delivered I contacted Cru to be told the order was quite old! Only 2 weeks I've since not has a reply from customer services or received a tote Coffee good Custer services not

I know the organic decaf filter coffee is good after previously buying from a local shop, and this purchase arrived quickly. But 1 bag clearly had a hole in the seal and was leaking air and coffee smell, and the other looked like it had been pumped up like a balloon. One was intended as a gift, so neither felt suitable. I contacted CRU but haven't had a reply after 2 weeks.

On the website the coffee purchased clearly said suitable for espresso machines and then the packet on the coffee you sent me said NO. Can't believe your website doesn't even have the right infomations.

I ordered 18 packs for storage in October. 10 of them came with expiry date in Dec 2023. So I only have 2 months before the due date. I wrote an email to customer services but no one replied.

Your web page and packaging/marketing/info on coffee etc are lovely BUT this is the second time I've tried your Decafe pods and it's the same slightly bitter taste. The first time I gave similar feedback and was told you would be introducing an alternative smoother decaf but having now tried it again it's still not the coffee I like drinking. I get it at my local coffee shops so it is out there - so I would suggest trying a different one as I would buy a smooth one if it was available.

Started off well now chaos. Failed to process card change so told to open new account? Then had 3 deliveries in 2 weeks from old and new account none with recycling bags as requested. Phone calls and e mails not replied to at all.

Hello I recently purchased a batch of different pods to try them all out. I have just been to Greece on holiday where they had a Krups Nespresso coffee machine in my hotel room (the machine is exactly the same as my own at home). The hotel provided a few pods which worked just fine, however your pods did not. I lost nearly all of them due to the fact they kept getting bent or miss-shapen, & wouldn't work. Since i've been home & am now using my own krup nespresso machine, i am still finding that many of the pods do not work. I do try & be very careful/gentle when i insert them into the machine - sometimes they work ok but often they don't. I've probably lost a good 50% of the pods where i've had to throw them away. Anyway, that is my experience. Thanks Andrew

I am having a problem with your capsules. The machine is working fine with other capsules but as soon as I add yours it goes to a dribble and I have to throw the capsule and start again. I will now have to return 95% of the ones I bought

Coffee OK compared to nespresso original. Bit weak. Maybe cos they don't do a lungo so need extra coffee. Packaging is over the top comparatively with big cardboard box containing bags of coffee you can't recycle. Foil top has to be removed from plastic pod which is almost impossible without slicing your fingers off so not easy to recycle which is the whole USP. Disappointing really

Despite some time having passed since the company started, the same problems with compatibility to the Krups Nespresso machine persists. Even on full setting, coffee fills less than half a cup. After only about six completions, the reservoir is almost full of coffee, leading one to believe the caps are not fully draining until they fall through. Sadly there is also little competition between these and the Nespresso coffees Mostly not pleasant - with an after-taste. Will not be trying again, sadly.
