“Ordered once, it never arrived. Ordered a replacement again after speaking to support and it arrived with coffee everywhere, packaging ruined and in a royal mail bag to contain the mess. Never ordering again.”

“As a present, I bought a upress pod recycler along with some pods. Unfortunately, this gift was duplicated so I wanted to return the recycler. My email, requesting the procedure after I met an issue on the website, just gave me a link to the same part of the website. It is not possible to return the recycler via the website and subsequent emails were ignored.”

“Your coffee is great but you never answer the phone, you never reply to voicemais, you never reply to emails and it's next to impossible to get a podback bag if you're on a subscription. Very unimpressed.”

“Sadly, I was very disappointed with my purchase, the coffee flavour is great, I will say that, but only when we manage to extract any coffee out of a pod. Have no problem with any of the half caff pods, they go through beautifully and so do any other nespresso compatible pods, so it’s definitely not our machine that is the problem. Sadly, the decaf pods (I purchased over 100 of them) are a real struggle, it’s literally dripping through. On top of my extraction struggle, I have sent 2 email asking for help, maybe there is something I might be doing wrong. But to this day I have not received any reply to either of them. It’s been almost 2 weeks now. I purchased on a friends recommendation and I am 100% disappointed.”
