“I have been buying Cru Kafe for a long time, not always online as I can get it in my local Waitrose, I vere off every now and then but always come back as for me it is the nicest tasting, best crema in a pod.”

“Started off well now chaos. Failed to process card change so told to open new account? Then had 3 deliveries in 2 weeks from old and new account none with recycling bags as requested. Phone calls and e mails not replied to at all.”

“Espresso variety is lovely. One capsule with 2 large and 1 small press makes a beautiful Americano. Just the right size and strength, with crema. I then personally add a little cream. I have not tired of it over 2 years. CRU are very efficient and reliable, with a great ethical policy. Love it.”

“Excellent customer service when we enquired when we might expect our order. It actually took 15 days, but that was due totally to Royal Mail strikes which you were powerless to do anything about. You did give us some discount due to the delay which was a pleasant surprise.”

“Every pod I've had has tasted great. Only drop a star because of the large amount of packaging that goes into a box. All recyclable but even so. The coffee is great.”
