“Great service: quick delivery and nice packaging. I only ordered decaffinated capsules as I was interested in their water-based processing. Unfortunately the decaf coffee is simply too weak for me. I like my coffee strong, even decaf, and even with three capsules in one cup, I can’t match what Nespresso offers. So I’m waiting for CRU to come up with a stronger decaf.”

“Coffee OK compared to nespresso original. Bit weak. Maybe cos they don't do a lungo so need extra coffee. Packaging is over the top comparatively with big cardboard box containing bags of coffee you can't recycle. Foil top has to be removed from plastic pod which is almost impossible without slicing your fingers off so not easy to recycle which is the whole USP. Disappointing really”

“I love Cru Kafe coffee pods, especially their decaf range. They are easy to order, quick to deliver and very well priced considering they are both organic and compostable. I love to shop small and totally recommend you give these a try!”

“Great tasting coffee (I bought the Nespresso compatible capsules) that did not disappoint. Loving the cute KeepCup too. All arrived quickly and well-packaged. Some slightly confusing emails received but other than that a good experience.”

“Have only tried the 'Intense' (hazelnut, milk chocolate, dark cherry) to date - extremely disappointing - might as well drink plain hot water - will try the others - hopefully will be better.....”
