“I love the coffee but unfortunately customer service has been very poor. I have emailed and sent queries on messenger quite a few times and quite a few weeks ago and I’ve not had a single response which is very disappointing as I want to love this company, but continuous non response isn’t impressing me at all.”

“Disappointed in how long the delivery took cos there was a problem with one type of coffee being out of stock which i found out by mistake as never check my emails, only checked it cos postie still didnt have my delivery, and second attempt with delivery you used evri which i never use as packages tend to go missing with them, coffee tastes good though once I got it”

“Always love looking at all the coffee's on offer especially the £24 box of various pods and when it's 50% off the price what a bargain! Absolutely love the taste of the coffee too and I think the fact that it is organic is a top selling point.”

“I'm addicted to their Organic Long Black, after a chance discovery in a hotel room with some of their packets. Lost count how many I've had since, but I do know the packets seem to get ever harder to open .... tearing off into silly fragments rather than the top coming straight off like they did at first. Not to mention the ghastly environmental impact of all these plastic-like bags but, hey, its badged "organic" so of course, just like all the enviro-hippies with their smartphones forget about the impact of energy-hungry datacentres so I guess landfill is OK if it says "organic" on it ...?”

“Best organic coffee and decaf coffee I have tasted, tried others and they either taste bitter or have a chemical taste ironically! CRU tastes great and so glad to have find a clean, organic coffee! Please don’t sell your company or let others change the product.”
