“Coffee is amazing but the subscription intervals are not flexible enough. Managing your subscription using the website is also a little difficult.”

“Unfortunately, I can't give 5 stars as one item was missing from my purchase. However, an email quickly rectified this error and the response time from CruKafe was excellent, despite the fact I could not provide an order number.”

“All the coffee is very good. Have ordered several times from here and it's great to have sustainable coffee pods with competitive prices. Only trouble is they can be a faff to clean out and recycle. The light roast also sometimes produces merely drips and I have had this problem in every batch I've ordered. None of the other pods from CRU Kafe give me this problem, just very frustrating as the light roast is the nicest tasting. Will still buy again but might avoid the light roast.”

“Hello Joe, Following our previous correspondence, I can now confirm that in the end I had to discard of a total of x8 coffee pods of different varieties due to the issues explained in my original email of 9/5/19 (see below) I have today placed a new order with CRU: CRU Kafe Order #1000240913 I thought it would be a good idea to get in touch at this point so perhaps you could arrange appropriate refund as you see fit. Hello Andrew, We are all ready and geared up for the launch of our new fully recyclable (and super easily emptied) pod! There will be no more need to keep your coffee in the fridge or for air tight containers! “Great service: quick delivery and nice packaging. I only ordered decaffinated capsules as I was interested in their water-based processing. Unfortunately the decaf coffee is simply too weak for me. I like my coffee strong, even decaf, and even with three capsules in one cup, I can’t match what Nespresso offers. So I’m waiting for CRU to come up with a stronger decaf.”

“Great tasting coffee (I bought the Nespresso compatible capsules) that did not disappoint. Loving the cute KeepCup too. All arrived quickly and well-packaged. Some slightly confusing emails received but other than that a good experience.”

“Fantastic coffees! Was slightly annoyed this time at the ads slipped in the parcel with the coffee.. One ad for a shaver and one for chino trousers for men... 1) don't really like to have ads with everything 2) not only blokes drink CRU coffee”
