“I've had many orders from you and the last one was ok. The one before that,however, was not good as the package was damaged and so was some of the contents. I wrote to you immediately but had absolutely no response. As a pretty regular customer I expected better. An apology perhaps. Look after your customers and they will look after you.”

“Fantastic coffee and service. I purchased the coffee bags for travelling and they are surprisingly good. And it's all organic, which you can definitely taste, all coffees have a very "clean" taste and don't give any jitters or headaches. I will definitely order again.”
