“Many thanks to Nicki for all the help with booking our MSC cruise. Liaised with us both very quickly and efficiently and we booked the cruise we wanted with no hassle. Would highly recommend and will definitely use cruise direct services in the future. Many thanks again.”

“We had been trying to book cruises direct with MSC and had so much hassle and call diverting, we gave up. Spoke to Nicki on friends recommendation and wow! What a lovely person and fantastic service!! The stress of being diverted from one call center to another in different parts of the world disappeared. Will use Nicki again and would not hesitate to recommend her. Peter Johnson”

“Nicki did really well in finding us the Cruise we wanted. We are not the easiest to please and in the past have given very little detail to Cruise Direct but like the other times Nicki came up trumps. I have booked nearly all our cruises with Cruise Direct and will continue to do so. Well done Nicki”

“Our Cruise organiser Nicki Rawlings has done an excellent job. She has booked multiple flights to suit our add ons to the existing cruise and gave us choices as the requirements changed to suit the available flights. Nicki has also booked us hotels in 2 cities and spent a lot of time giving us what we wanted. Thank you Nicki”

“Hello, Leanne you were marvelous finding different cruise options for us. You answered every question promptly and always came right back. Cruise Direct you need to look after this lady cause I can see her working for yourself privately very soon. None off the others from cruise Direct came up with different ideas like Leanne ! I give you ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars. We will be looking for another cruise with you in May / June next year…. Thanks for finding us a lovely cruise Sal & Anne 😍”

“It's my husband and I first cruise, we chose two weeks in the Canary Islands to start. We spoke to several cruise operators before choosing Cruise Direct. It was the best decision. The agents are very calm and helpful, especially Leanne Ladley in particular, she put us at complete ease, nothing was too much trouble from the start. In fact, I would go as far as to say: her service was exemplary and a credit to Cruise Direct. Leanne's service is an example for others in the travel industry to follow. 5*+. We will definitely use Cruise Direct again and would highly recommend.”

“Amazing Marian Oliver I struggled for months trying to organise a family cruise for 8 of us, tried a few companies to get a rough idea, some companies very unhelpful - then I made contact with the amazing Marian Oliver absolutely fantastic, she knows her stuff, always kept to her promises, gave us what I felt was a good price, considering all my families trauma and a daughter with a disability she showed compassion & empathy. My family & I are sailing 2025”

“Leanne has been booking our family’s cruises for the past three years! I wouldn’t dream of looking anywhere else now. Leanne is a delight to deal with nothing is ever to much trouble and always gets us the most amazing deals!
