“We have now used Cruise Direct several times. All of the staff are very helpful and if they cannot answer your question immediately, they never fail to ring you back at the next available moment. We have found Cruise Direct very competitive with prices and very experienced in planning the ideal holiday.”

“Mechanical noise and vibration at times was excessive on Magellan. A movie channel on TV would have been nice. Also a kettle and the "makings"”

“I have used Cruise Direct on two occasions now and they are fantastic. They listen to the customers needs and deliver. They, also, take on board feedback from the passenger after the trip regarding hotels maybe not being up-to-scratch etc. I have recommended Cruise Direct to others and wouldn't hesitate in 1. using them again or 2. recommending them to others. I happened upon Cruise Direct because the previous travel rep. I used changed jobs and his colleagues were not as attentive, so I went in search. Keep up the great work everyone!”

“For the past coupled months, it appears that the standard of the cruise specialists has been significantly lowered. When I intended to book a cruise giving the price showed on the Cruise Direct website, the cruise specialist always replied that the price was incorrect and provided a higher price. Besides, when I requested to know the quotation of some cruises, the cruise specialist replied that he/she needed more time to find out the details and would reply to me later by telephone/email. However, I have never received any reply. When I eventually booked a cruise, some information on the document which I received are usually incorrect. It seems that the cruise specialists are not professional. Nevertheless, I really appreciated to the excellent work from Robyn and Rosie. They are polite, patient and effective. However, I was unable to get in touch with them again. In this connection, I booked cruises with the other cruise agencies instead of Cruise Direct until I received a complimentary voucher of £50 from the Cruise Direct recently. Then, I booked cruise with Cruise Direct again hoping that the services will be better than before. Thank you for your attention. I wish the Cruise Direct every success in the future.”

“The cruise advisor was very helpful securing us a very good deal with the cruise line and applying a discount we had received. She , also, checked different flights for us and came back extremely quickly with her findings. Whilst taking nothing away from this particulat advisor this is the level of service we are accustomed to from Barrhead Travel.”
