“Cruise on Aurora was every bit as good as expected.Cabin was a bit "tired" carpet could have done with a shampoo. Food every bit as good as last time we were on it.Entertainment at night was very good,plenty of different things to do.During the day many talks on a wide range of subjects,new films on show some days in the afternoon as well as at night.”

“It was quite a difficult booking as I was booking for 2 couples at different addresses. However it was well dealt with our booking agent Pat, who was well up to coping with all our problems!”

“Dealing with May Malcolm in your Barrhead Travel Glasgow office made the process so easy. No pressure/heavy sales - straight to the point facts. The holiday took all of about 5 minutes to discuss, agree detail/discounts and make payment to secure. A pleasure. Will go through Barrhead Travel again.”

“Wendy Brayshaw has looked after our cruise requirements for about fifteen years, most recently with Cruise Direct. Wendy and the company always offer a good service at a competitive price. We will stay with them both until our cruising days are over.”

“Exactly as i would expect from an experienced travel company. There is a criticism. The "company" would seem to trade under so many names that I am not sure who is who! Is there still a company trading as "Cumbria Cruise" if so what/who is the holding company and why does the correspondence come from " Cruise Direct"?”

“We booked again through Barrfield Travel in Galsgow, although we live in Spain. The service again, so far is marvelous . We hope that the next experience cruising with Cruise Direct will be as good as the last one was, which was very!!”
