“These are total game changer. I have type 1 diabetes and the carb count in these is low enough that I don’t spike, don’t get the increased insulin sensitivity later on and they taste great! I really feel like I’ve had a treat and one is easily enough. When I’m wanting a glass of something, these hit the spot!!”
