“Credit angel has been very helpful to me. Even though i have cancelled my membership i will use the service again. Kelly was very helpful and assisted me with my cancellation quickly. She also explained how to make the most of the time i have left before the membership ends. Very good and will use this service again in the future thank you”

“I have contacted two other credit ref agencies thi morning. The experience varied between mediocre and apalling. Their web sites were not very user friendly. It was a joy to speak to Lorraine who resolved matters in a very business like manner. The service was 5*+ Well done.”

“Have asked to discontinue account as the reports do not add any value to credit reports that can be obtained free from other companies.”

Dear Kuldip, Thank you for your review. The majority of free credit reports that can be obtained are updated on a monthly basis where as our system is live. “I was very disappointed to see my credit score was low and credit card balances still showing, when i paid them off weeks ago. Really thought my Nil balances would have greatly improved my score.”

In regards to your comments it can take a creditor up to 6 weeks to update their records to reflect alterations to your account at which point the changes will be reflected on your credit report; unfortunately this is something we cannot control and is standard practice for UK Credit Reference Agencies.
