“Spoke with Chris in relation to cancelling within the free 30 day trial. I thought this is maybe where the trouble will begin but no, he was very pleasant and confirmed no payments would be taken. He also made it clear that I could still access my account for the remainder of the trial period despite him cancelling my account immediately. I was very impressed with this member of your customer sales team.”

“a company who will take your money every month but if there is a glitch in THEIR system and you can't access your details try asking for a refund of your subscription. although you paid for the service and it was not available they will tell you there are no refunds under any circumstances. Im just so glad i have cancelled my membership after 1 month. This is not a good company to deal with and would urge you to go elsewhere”

“Awful there site crashed so did not think I was enrolled. I clarified this by trying to log in to the site to which It came up no one is registered under this name- 2 weeks later I was charged 19.99. I have never accessed the sight yet they refuse to refund.”

If you still cannot find the email containing your PIN then please click the "forgotten my PIN number" when attempting to log into your Credit Report and a new PIN will be generated and should be sent within 5 minutes to your email address. “Credit angel is a very good way at looking at your finances and accessing what you have to do to make changes . It was very easy to sign up to with no charge inside the 14 day trial period . It was very easy to cancel , 5 minutes on the telephone to a very professional and helpful man called Ben .”
