“NO PIN RECEIVED SO COULD NOT USE SITE, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME !”

Dear William, Your PIN is sent directly from Call Credit who generate our Credit Reports. The email address your PIN will be sent from is noreply@callcreditreport.co.uk and please check your junk and spam folder. If you still cannot find the email containing your PIN we would suggest requesting a new one by clicking "I've forgotten my PIN number" and an email will be sent within 5 minute containing a new PIN for you. “Mobile version of the site was a bit problematic so not sure if there are some bugs that need fixing. In the end I gave up with mobile site and rang up an Advisor (Natasha) who was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long for my call to be answered first time but when I called 30 mins later I was waiting about 5 mins, but it was lunchtime so I wasn't surprised at the wait. Only improvement I could suggest (this is really a comment on the script, not Natasha) is that when asked about distributing information due to data protection act, rather than just say "we will be sharing your information with ..... Is that ok?" It should be "is that ok or would you prefer that we do not share your information with third parties." I don't think it is immediately obvious to some people that they are well within their rights to say "no" without it affecting the credit check process.”

“Please be aware of third parties giving this company your bank details and this company taking money without your knowledge . This has happened to my daughter and she has managed to login to find all her debit card details online and now has to wait until Monday to contact credit angel and is £19.99 out of pocket .”
