“Please cancel my account, I have noticed you have taken £19.99 out of my account, when i was informed that i would pay £1.Cancel my account ASAP.If you would like to contact me, do so on 07482326548. Regards. Date money taken was 4.11.15. Also i still never receivd my credit rating.Not very happy person.Do not take money out of my bank account anymore.”

“I spoke to 1 of your operators and he told me i had been accepted and approved for a loan he said i had to go into my emails and click and sign an agreement and then my cash would be put in my account. Well ive had no email to do so i applied for £400 and have got nothing please could someone call me and explain why as i can not afford to call your customer services number.
