Dear Rachael, At the time your membership was organised we charged a monthly subscription payment of £19.99 and provided a 14 day free trial however we recently have decided to lower our fee to the more competitive price of £14.99 and increase our free trial period to 30 days for new customers. “Spoke with Lorraine, this was my first time using the service and my first time contacting them by phone, first impression is that she was very helpful. I couldn't validate my account and she got me up and running within two to three minutes, quick, fast, helpful and polite. Not bad for a first impression !”

Dear Trevor, If you have found discrepancies there is an option to dispute these with call credit. You simply click on the exclamation mark icon at the bottom of each section which then allows you to type a reason for the dispute. Call credit will then investigate whether the entry needs to be removed. If you need any further help please call us and we can talk you through it- 0844 251 1780. “Needed to check my rating over a couple of weeks the service was great and very easy to use, when i wanted to cancel my account this was made very easy got through very quickly and Steve took me through the pocess in a most professional manor , and confirmed what we agreed within minutes by email, I would certianly reccomend the company and use it in the future. “I wanted to check my credit score before applying for a credit card. I only intended to use the free trial period but forgot to cancel in time and therefore was charged the first month's subscription. When I phoned to cancel the process was very smooth and Kelly was very helpful. I was happy to pay the one month fee as Credit Angel had provided the information I required.”
