“I was happy with how Rick handled the call. Initially you go on the phone angry when money has been taken from your account. But he made me feel happy and explained it shouldn't have come out and the reasons why which was good enough for me.”

“I said 3 times on the phone I don't want to sign up and she assured me no money would be taken from my account they just needed card details to verify my identity. But still they signed me up and still they charged me. I'm furious”
