“Mark was a very good trainer and took the time to work with all of us to ensure we all knew how to use the different functions and how they could work for us and our individual roles. He allowed time for lots of practical exercises - and working through things ourselves, giving us time to ask questions - which really helped us see how we could use it back at our desks. Now we've just got to put that into practise!”
