“I am getting a truly custom message on a yard sign. The come-on was signs for under a dollar. My final total was over $20 for one 18" x 24" sign with no frills. ? The design required a lit of trial and error. I thought my work was saved because it said it was. But is NOT saved if you have nor registered and created an account. I was never presented with a dialog box suggesting I create an account BEFORE I could save my work, so it was lost. I wanted to experiment with the font, but the default font's name was not indicated, so I did not know how to return to the default font if I changed it. It would have been nice to have an <undo> button. I could see no way to select text and change any enhancement in only the selected text. So, there was no way to have different fonts, pitches, or colors in the text of the sign. One cannot choose a background color, nor frame the text with any border. It was odd the sometimes a smaller sign appeared to cost more than a larger sign--odd. When I was putting in my address for shipping, I could not enter my U.S. state name because no picklist dropped down. I had to choose my full address from a list--odd. Regular, expedited, and rush shipping options all cost $6.99, so who would choose "regular?" Seems odd. Give me a real discount for regular (3-4 day delivery) and charge the impatient customer more for rush delivery.. when creating an account, let me see the password I an creating. I do not want to create identical but incorrect passwords. At least you let me enter it twice, many sites don't even do that--a real recipe for a problem. I did not attempt to save my work after a creating my account, then leave the sight, then return and try to retrieve my saved work. Having lost all my originally "saved" work, made me cautious to experiment with this presumed functionality. In spite of this list of design issues, I should be getting my new, unique, custom, political, yard sign very soon. Oh, one last thing. TI have composed a long comment. It says below the box "minimum 10 characters." But there is no indication of the allowable maximum number of characters, nor is there a counter telling me how many more characters I will be allowed. I am pessimistic. I really fear--from experience--that when I press the <submit> button, I will get an error message telling me--after the fact--that my comment was too long and my text with be automatically truncated or will disappear altogether. I always try to remember to select all the text and copy to the clipboard so that I can paste it into a new comment box, should I be given that opportunity, but I am pessimistic about that happening, too.”
