“On your website you advertised this sign as $8.30 THEN charged me $14. for it. I tried to call to ask a question to no avail. Is this not false advertising?”

“web site is extremely hard to navigate and you won't take phone orders. only reason to order from you is your selection of sizes. think your prices are much too high.”

“last order was not double sided, hassling now to get it fixed. We sent the picture they asked for. Now told "problem fixed". But we don't have enough signs...!! I hope this second order works better.”

“Impossible to view the proof of copy prior to approving the artwork without tons of copy, paste, guessing, etc. the proof should be large enough for ALL copy to be read and proofed.”

“First of all your shipping prices are ridiculously high and the shipping choices are not fair. How can you have express 24 hour shipping at $19.99 and the next day shipping at the same price of $19.99 and I'm given no other options. It just does not seem sane or fair. This is my first and last order from you.”

“Had to cancel order and reorder after redoing design even though design was the same from the original order (18 x 12). Needless to say I was shocked when order arrived (18 x 24), the background color was off white instead of white and the red letters were bleeding into the white background. Totally different than the first order. Since I wanted a larger sign with the same design, I recreated the design instead of uploading a copy of the sign. Hope it is correct. Spending a lot of money for the political signs. Received a lot of compliments on the sign because it was original. Really thought the original sign was awesome.”

“Second time I've ordered from here and I have thought the shipping price would change to something less expensive rather than adding an additional upcharge of nearly $100 bucks extra.”

“Great start to the cart, but nowhere do you show a final total, including shipping. Shipping cost not provided until after Paypal transaction is complete. Transaction total still doesn't show additional $19.99 cost. Not happy with experience.”

“Promised to be here the day before our daughter's birthday -- didn't show up until late in the day on her birthday. When I ordered I received an estimated arrival date that looked good. Once shipped, I received another estimated arrival date that was far too late. I called to see what was going on -- on hold forever, then a representative told me it would still arrive before my daughter's birthday. It didn't. Sorry but the whole point of ordering from you was your first estimated arrival time. Going to need more signs in August and will be going elsewhere.”

“Sign came out nice, but the stakes didn’t ship until 2 weeks after I ordered. I even called when they hadn’t arrived. They said they would ship them that day. 4 days later I received an email saying they were shipped. Very disappointed that they couldn’t include something simple. Not sure they have an organized process.”

“I am still waiting on the metal that goes into the ground. Made this order close to 2 weeks ago, and it said everything would be here by this past Friday. Very Disappointed that they still have not arrived. I called Monday morning, and they said they would ship them, but it was not a priority and they may get here by Thursday or Friday. I have a team supposed to go deliver them, and we have already moved it back to Friday to accommodate your company not sending it all together. The signs came out nice, just nothing to stick them into the ground with. :(”

“Our signs arrived much later than promised, and after trying to get ahold of somebody to see what was happening with the signs, I have yet to hear back from anyone! Signs arrived, we made do, but I am very unhappy with the communication and how late they arrived.”
