“I've had issues dealing with the website. I already made one order and had to call in with issues that the website did not make me aware of. Thankfully, I seen a warning email and called immediately. My first order had to be cancelled and I've re-ordered. Now I've had to pay shipping twice and I'm a little put-out. This website could use some restructing. I would like to give Chevy, the person who helped me cancel my first order and tried to help me reorder, 5 starts. Great customer service!”

“The final proof page in the beginning of checkout does not display the same as the design page. there is much more border showing on the proof page than the design page. That is not great and should be fixed.”

“Very deceptive in their advertising. I ordered all the same sign. Only the first one got the discount price. If you want them all to be the advertised price you have to put them in your cart individually. So redesign each one and add it to your cart by itself to get the advertised discount price. Check your prices and cart carefully.”

“The price is not right and the only option according to customer service is to go ahead and buy it, then call back in for a refund. I do not like that. But I already spent the time designing it and don't want to go to a different company and start over. I better get my refund back promptly.”

“The first person I spoke to was very helpful in telling me if the sign looked good. Twice I called after making changes to get your employees to give it a second look and twice I was met with someone who was incapable of providing the same service. I want this proofed before sending please. I doesn't have to be perfect just not pixilated. All I wanted help with was making sure I was submitting text and photo at a high enough resolution. Not sure why 1/3 people can do that when I call.”

“I created my sign and it was 6 for $75 with shipping. Then I realized the photo I uploaded didn't look right so I built the same photo in your software and it became $109 with shipping. That sucks. Otherwise I guess it's ok. Inconsistency with pricing is a put off.”
