I have yet to receive my October box which is my first. I have sent multiple emails and have only been fobbed off. Now 7 days after I should have received it they are ignoring me. I paid for the box in September and they are blaming YODEL but have no intention of re-sending my box. I have asked for a refund or a new box to be sent to me. Guess what? Yes, they are still ignoring me. I am out of pocket and no gin box. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. I will advise any friends or family not to touch them! AVOID.

Since yodel has taken on delivery it's a disaster! I've been told my box is in my back porch-don't have one! Now been told mix up with barcodes means it's 100 miles away! Yodel said they'd investigate and call back -nope. Have contacted ginclub-silence! Looks like we'll be cancelling. Such a shame as box is a real treat if you get it!

Ordered my first box it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer services only to be told that there had been a mix up with tracking codes. They sent a new tracking code but it was the same as original. Yodel could not help because my delivery details did not match the code I was given. Contacted customer services again but they have not investigated the issue and have offered no help or refund. Massive disappointment. For a subscription service you would think they would be more concerned with deliveries going to the wrong place 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wouldn't waste your time in joining. I have yet to receive my September box which is my first. I have sent multiple emails and contacted them on social media but have yet to receive any response whatsoever. Whatever happens from this point i will be very hesitant in continuing my membership from my first experience, lets face it first impressions count for a lot!

Never got my aug box seems hermes lost it Contactd customer service they honestly didn't seem to care about loosing a member responses were like talking to a robot and pretty standard

Well, it was fun while it lasted You're only as good as your weakest leak, which means Craft Gin Club is as bad a Hermes. Hermes lost my parcel (obviously) So they told me that they would send another via Royal Mail. This also didn't happen nd they are now ignoring my emails. My advice to anyone considering joining is a big no. They have ruined their business

I have been a member now for over 2 years. So instead of receiving my lovely box at the beginning of the month.....as the song goes by Diana Ross 'Im still waiting. Must be on a slow boat from China. In there wisdom they, that is Craft Gin Club decided that the Royal Mail obviously was'nt good enough, so they then jumped into the frying pan by using Hermes.....yes those guys that really look after your parcels by tossing them into the back of the van, without a care in the world as to how they will arrive. Also poor response with trying to communicate with them to find out what the hell is going on...If it is down to money then that is really sad as they have P*ssed alot of customer off and the comments on Instagram will not do them any favours. So John and Jon and the the dragons den investor, what are you going to do about it.If i could have scored no stars i would have.

First time with Hermes a total fail,was told delivery would take place last Thursday and tracking shows it was delivered. Imagine my disappointment when arriving home from to no gin box( despite confirmed safe place). Tracking now shows in depot since last Friday which to this day it remains. Unable to contact Hermes,sent two emails to Craft club and informed a member will look into it but very busy. Bring back Royal Mail.

Order hasn't arrived twice now. Had huge issues receiving a refund. Explained my situation due to living on an army Barracks. They couldn't have cared less. Terrible to see how the corces community is treated by this company. Shambles

No Customer service if something goes wrong. My parcel has been lost with the couriers, ive tried e mailing and facebook messages, just to be ignored, now going for CC chargeback. no phone number which is a shame. this is now 2 weeks from charge of card.

No way to contact i think ill try to get my money back and forget it it was my first box and contained no GIN WAY TO GO!! Dont help its written all over the box so hermes know whats inside any wonder there was no gin inside!!

Nervous about Hermes becoming the delivery service (Royal Mail never an issue) and proved correct. Box came with smashed Gin bottle and smashed mixers. Cut my hand opening the box. Hermes have taken the box away and I have struggled to find a way of contacting Craft Gin. There's also no live chat or phone like advertised on this site for contacting them so I have no idea how to get a replacement box.

The only communication you can have is email!! There is no phone number and even when I asked them to call me they stick to email. I’ve tried to change the details of a gift purchase I made for my brother who has since deceased and it is taking ages (over a week!) and distressing.

First box arrived, 2nd didn't. Numerous e-mails and phone calls eventually accepted just a bottle of Gin without the extras for a discount. Refund never arrived. More phone calls resulted in "forgot to push the refund button". Terrible customer service.

I made a order early u but u kept saying my card didnt work so thought u didnt take the money but checked my bank early and you took the money out

If i could give 0 stars i would . I asked to pause till march !! But yet they STOLE £40 off me middle of Dec ! . I dont know about anyone else but £40 in December is alot of money. I asjed in November to pause till march as im away . But no they are still taking money !!!! I will tell my bank so they can block it . ...buy your gin in the supermarket is the best way . Companies like this just rip off the consumer. ...... so angry

It says you receive your first box in the first week of the month. I ordered the July box in June & it is the 11th July today but I have not received it. I got a text last week to say I would have it by Friday 5th July but I’ve heard nothing since regarding my order.

This is the biggest gimmick I've ever signed up for. I have contacted the company 4 times and received nothing back. I presume it is because I want to withdraw from my subscription however they keep taking my money and sending me gin I do not want!!! Customer service is amazing until you want to leave absolute scam!
