November gin box is fantastic, I loved everything in it so much that I order the booster box so I could enjoy more of the cocktails and perfect serve, snacks were right up my street too!

You won't be dissapointed, always something new. Quite excited to receive my box and can't wait to open. Value for money is excellent, also makes a great present for any Gin lover. You can choose how often you want to receive your box from monthly to 3 monthly. Keep up the good work amazing. Thanks Wayne & Sharon

I've been a CGC member for almost 10yrs and yes I've paused my membership during some of these years for various reasons but I've always received great customer service, enjoyed my surprise boxes, and trying different gins that are local and worldwide! They are treat boxes for me and I pick and choose when I'd like one, I've been a monthly subscriber & quarterly subscriber, but I like the flexibility of choosing. So if I didn't want a box one month I would just skip it! For me, it's easy, no worries and been a pleasure to be a long term member! Thank you CGC!😊

The gin is wonderful. BUT: 1. The delivery time promised is frightful,. sometimes 10 days, sometines part delivery sometimes ripped packages. Royal mail is NOT the best. 2 I once was able to access my account, but it is now restricted. I therefore do not know an actual amount that I spend, when it will correctly arrive (except receiving changed dates from Royal Mail). Only available from my Bank, but no details. 3 I have tried many times to send a message to you, but this is never possible. This is a shame. Your gin prices are high, and I would accept that it should be reciprocated by giving some respect to your customers - especially your constant quotes of fast delivery.. 4 I received a small package containing 4 small tins of tonic water. Why? I will not give up my membership, because I think you are better that this. Two more members who wish to remain nameless have also experienced similar problems, and I would like to see some improvement. You are worth it, I believe. While the gin boxes are a delight to receive, when anything goes wrong, the customer service isn't acceptable and falls very short of the expectations of a brilliant brand. Not a one-off experience either. Final straw today and I have cancelled my membership.

Do not bother with 'next day delivery' they use royal mail and clearly have no control over delivery times, just collecting a top up fee. Their response was to ask the person I had sent it to as a gift to reject it. Brilliant, a late present then tell them they're not allowed to keep it? Have subsequently ignored email asking to refund delivery fee. Irritating to have a nice gift spoiled by unpredictable delivery and sharp practice collecting charges they cannot fulfill.

I'm so sorry for any confusion caused by our express delivery option. When placing an order before 1.30 PM on a Friday, the delivery will happen on the following Monday. Your boxes are always late and delivery is unpredictable. Change your courier - Royal Mail are hopeless. I am not happy with your service and I shall definitely cancel!

I love looking forward to my gin box very month l like all the snacks and drinks that comes with it. I also like that some are vegan because my daughter is vegan and we can share. My daughter doesn't like gin.. But she loves the magazine and vegan snacks and drinks. The cocktail she makes hers with rum or voker.
