“This company is shocking, i tied to postpone for one delivery on my subscription via the web site which allows you to do this, but still received the order 5 weeks later I have now cancelled my subscription but again no confirmation and no way of knowing if I've been successful Its a bit of a con and so difficult to get any customerservice/comunication”

“I've only received half of my order today. I ordered and paid for 2 bottles of Schofe's winter gin but only one bottle arrived today. What is more frustrating is the only way of contacting is by email. What has happened to providing good customer service by means of a telephone number. I'm now thinking about cancelling my membership.”

Hi Len! I'm so sorry to see that you haven't received everything you ordered, that's by no means our usual standard. I can see that my colleague Amy got back to you via email yesterday to let you know that the missing part of the order has been resent. Again, huge apologies for the missing gin! We do have a few people on over the weekend to ensure anything urgent is picked up, but as Amy explained, we're not currently set up for phone calls, especially over the weekend. I really appreciate your feedback, and I'll make sure to take this up internally. We always strive for the best possible experience, even when we've made a mistake, so your comments are much appreciated. If you need anything else, just let us know - we're happy to help! “- Love the monthly boxes, such good value for money. We have so many more snack, tonics and gins that we know and love via this subscription. I can't think of any parcel I have delivered that lifts my spirits on arrival, it's the surprise of what will be in there. - Worth mentioning separately the magazine that you get, it's bright, cheery, informative. Packed with loads of drink ideas for that particular gin. - Frustrated at their "standard price" quoted being higher that producers price many times, even factoring delivery. Average user would not expect standard to mean higher than producer. - International gins that can't be purchased in UK, they have a lot and so many of them are delicious and would not be available to us without Craft Gin Club. - The members point system now I've got my head around it, I like it. They vary what you can redeem your points on too. - Never had a broken, damaged or missing item in nearly 3 years. Thanks Craft Gin Club and if you can amend your "standard" pricing, happy days.”

“My membership of Craft Gin Club brings me so much happiness. I started with bi-monthly membership but loved it so much and didn't want to miss out so I upgraded to monthly! It's so exciting discovering a new gin each month, finding out all about the distillers, making the cocktail of the month and sampling all the delicious treats. The box and magazine are put together with a lot of thought, drawing out the characteristics of the gin and creating a really lovely, holistic experience. Through the magazine and social media the club also works really hard to make you feel part of it as a member, and I love that. As a bonus, everything is always very securely packaged, with fully recyclable plastic and paper, which is excellent. Fantastic work, Craft Gin Club.”

“I never liked gin before I moved to England. I tried hard to find good taste in the supermarket bottles, but nothing can be compared with the quality of the bottles of gin craft, the mixers, the snacks, the discounts that I found sometimes, each box is unique. I joined to try, but I stayed, and I love to get my box each month. Now I am a gin lover, thanks to you.”

“Receiving a new and different surprise gin gives me something to look forward to. Worth every penny with the goodies included - crisps, nuts, chocolate, seeds, dried fruit for the fin and mixers.”

“Tomorrow is 1st December so I can open the first day in my gin advent calendar.... Excitement. I've only been a craft gin club member for a few months, but love it. We particularly liked our Irish gin and celebrated its arrival using our Waterford glasses. We also shared the experience with friends in Ireland via zoom, munching on Guinness crisps and drinking our G&T. Fabulous.”
