“The course content was excellent, detailed and easy to follow and understand. On completion, downloading the certificate was straight forward. Would certainly use the college again for future CPD training if the course required is available”

“The structure and layout of the course was excellent with only two improvements that I thought could be made. There were occasions when despite the timer for the page elapsing clicking continue would give you the 'you have advanced too quickly message' this was quite frustrating and broke the flow of learning when it occurred. Secondly some pages have a recording that reads the text to you and others don't. This would be better if it was an option at the start and then all pages are read out or none are again just disruptive when you are working and it suddenly changes. Content of the course study was relevant and entire set-up was easy to use.”

“It is a great cause and helps people understand alot however I believe there should have an option for it be voiced for people who struggle reading”

“This course was good and very informative, a good refresher course for me. However there is a lot to read. A couple of short videos would help to break things up a bit and make the information more memorable.”

“I found the course very heavy on the reading it could have had a few videos explaining some content rather than so much text. The quiz questions throughout seemed in places too obvious by the other silly answers provided. The quiz at the end could have been more relevant to assessing health and safety in the office rather then trying to remember numbers and what . I felt the questions in the last quiz were in places silly. Needing to give numbers as answers and the break down of what the acronyms mean I didnt feel was checking you understood H&S in the office. Asking what the extinguisher to use on a certain material would be more relevant rather than asking what colour extinguisher a certain type is.”

“Course content was detailed and thorough. Lack of case studies and heavy depth on processes made it feel a little distant and dry. Some questions not tat well written. Overall a thorough course for someone who already has some knowledge of the course content.”
