“I thought this was well set up. The design means that it is not possible to jump to the final quiz without opening all the pages of each unit. It was clear with good explanations of the science base and practical points highlighted. There was however some incorrect use of the words allergy/allergen that I noticed in the text.”

“Very easy to access. Navigation through the Food hygiene and safety course I completed was easy to understand. The mini quizzes after each unit was very helpful. Instant results and being able to print off your certificate immediately was very useful although I personally didn't have to, the option to retake the quiz until you achieve a pass rate is great too.”
