“The learning was completely theory based, it would have been nice to see the learning being taught to suit a number of learning styles.”

“Some of the question didn't clearly match the answers! For example after the initial assessment how oftern should an follow up be? It clear states within 3 months The choice of answers were as follows After one month After 3 month After 6 month After 12 months I pressed After 1 month because it has to be within 3 months, but this came up as incorrect After 3 month was the answer! To me this is not accurate or with 3 months this, so it looks to me like you need to change the option of answers as this is not correct information!!”

“It was informative, but lacked a bit of depth on some areas. Also one of the asnwers i wasnt sure if your version was correctly worded. I initially got it wrong, but when I looked on line there was a discrpency on the name of the act with google search and your name of the act.”

“A fair proportion of the information within the course was out of date and looked at things historically rather than the here and now. I know that the situation is changing all the time but would expect up to date information for an accredited course which I have paid for. Also someone should check the content there is a section which just didn't make sense and a couple of grammar errors”

“This is advertised as a Safer Recruitment Course. The course itself was good but wokring in an education environment I was disappointed to fine the lack of reference to Keeping Children Safe in Education throughout the course. It is something that really should be addressed. There are other courses out there better suited to those working in the educational environment. That said the course did ensure the importance of compliant recruitment practices in any organisation.”

“Level 2 H and S course. Too long, woefully padded, a lot of repeated stuff. Very generalised as well. 90% common sense.”

“Generic, Staff will end up not learning anything and redo the quiz until they get it right with no indication to the employer. Employers tick box complete.”

“When logging in, the landing page is not good in that there is no option to go to my account and courses etc. The only option is to click on the logo which then takes me to the home page. I am then able to select the "My Account" option where I can find my courses etc. The course itself (Safer Recruitment) was very good and both interesting and enjoyable. There were however issues when moving from one section to another using the "Mark Complete" tab - mostly this took me to a page stating I had moved on too far and to go back to the Unit so I had to go back to the Unit and then into the next section. There were however some instances when I was automatically moved onto the next section.”
