“The service provided by the CPD online College was excellent and fully provided for my needs. Booking was easy, access to the training module was effortless and the format of the module ensured the subject was presented in a way to guide the user through it in easy to follow steps. The content of the training module was clear and concise and gave just the right information which flowed logically through the process. The use of quizzes to check understanding as learning progressed and as a final test were helpful with those between units of learning providing both the check of understandingf but also providing a natural break as the module progressed. I enjoyed completing the training module which fully met my expectations and delivered a first class training experience.”
