“A very constructive course but it was so easy, this is from someone that has absolutely no catering knowledge, finished in just over a hour, the questions took less then 5 minutes to answer.”

“The course was good, concise and gave useful information. A couple of the quiz questions were irrelevant to my role, for example "What question does Microsoft/Apple etc ask at interviews....?" not something I feel I need to commit to memory. Otherwise it was good. It would be nice to have a document that could be downloaded detailing the key learning points of the course to take away.”
