“It was easy to follow , although a lot of information to take in all at once. The layout with sections displayed at the side meant I could recheck information easily and look again at parts i needed to refresh.”

“Easy to book and login, shame the site is slow to load. Certificates are not being sent out at the moment but I think one person in the office at a time should be able to send postage and not use Covid as an excuse.”

Under no circumstances what so ever are we using COVID as an excuse not to send certificates out. Due to government guidance and the recent third lockdown, we are following guidance and working from home, the safety of our staff is paramount and we do not want to put our staff at risk of catching COVID from having to take certificates to the post office on a daily basis. – Team CPD Online College

“Long winded, video clips would ease the pressure. Questions in the quiz referred to items covered right at the beginning and perhaps there should be a smaller quiz after each section”

“I just wish the pictures matched the description esp when it was describing moving of a person ie 2 care workers side by side assisting a person to stand from bed to wheelchair NOT a picture of persons having a meeting in the boardroom (that’s not the actual example but it’s close to it) so could you put pictures to match description”

“Very simple and informative as well. I'm traveling overseas and have part of my initial role to be a Covid bubble manager. I've done this course purely for information. I would have liked a copy of the course, not the questions but the course details were excellent !”
