We are very sorry you were disappointed with the service on this occasion. The latest delivery time we were given for this job was 12.30, the driver delivered 40 minutes late at 13.10, due to a flat tyre which was dealt with as quickly as possible. The driver says he contacted the customer to keep them informed of the issue and his progress. Although this was an unforeseen and unavoidable incident, we are of course very sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. I hope you will accept our explanation and try the service again in the future.

“I came to Courier Expert after being let down by another company. The whole experience was faultless from start to finish. Very simple to order the pickup and destination addresses, pay your money and away you go. The delivery driver (john) was very helpful and polite and the nice thing was I could track his vehicle on my laptop so I knew exactly how far away he was He called 20 mins before he got to me which was a nice touch. Overall I can't praise the operation high enough, would definitely use again”

“Michael was there within well under an hour, on the dot, phoned me to get the housekeeper to answer the door (he was not given her number, as provided - check system there please), I could hear him being only too helpful and keen to get it to the Hospital Ward. Delivery well within the hour too. Perfect, and very easy to book online - a first.”
