“This was our first time using this courier company for Same Day delivery and we were not disappointed. I needed a little assistance with the booking process online and the person on the online chat was instant and sorted my issue out immediately. The courier then turned up within 2 hours and delivered my parcel across the country, well within the time frame I had asked for. Perfect!”

We are very sorry you were disappointed with the service on this occasion. The latest delivery time we were given for this job was 12.30, the driver delivered 40 minutes late at 13.10, due to a flat tyre which was dealt with as quickly as possible. The driver says he contacted the customer to keep them informed of the issue and his progress. Although this was an unforeseen and unavoidable incident, we are of course very sorry for any inconvenience caused to you. I hope you will accept our explanation and try the service again in the future.
